Wilson Welding and Machine - est. 1976
Wilson Welding and Machine was opened in 1976 by Robert (Bob) Wilson as a fabrication and machine shop serving several manufacturing industries.  Bob's first production hot rod product was introduced in the late '90's.  Bob made a set of finned cast aluminum backing plates to use on his '27T roadster. They were received by others so well that he soon went into production.  Other drum brake assemblies have followed including new '39 Lincoln backing plates, new early Ford hubs, and a fabricated "speed demon" V8 quickchange.  Authentic Kinmont reproduction brakes are in the works as is a finned cast aluminum Buick brake drum.

Flower Mound Texas is the home of Wilson Welding and Machine.  Flower Mound is on the north side of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
